Thank you for shopping Wild Pine Collective! Because our shop includes both items made by us and specially curated products from outside partner brands, shipping times may vary depending on what you order.

Wild Pine Made-to-Order Items
Our embroidered and printed apparel is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization, and the item ordered. Current turnaround information will be provided on the product listing or communicated if there is an unexpected delay.

Once your order is complete, you will receive tracking information by email.

Printed apparel turn around time is 10-14 business days. Weekends are not included in business days.

Embroidered apparel turn around time is 21 days. Weekends are not included in business days.

Wild Pine Finds
Products in our Wild Pine Finds collections are fulfilled and shipped directly by our partner brands. Because these items do not ship from Wild Pine Collective, processing and delivery times may differ from our handmade apparel.

If your order contains both a Wild Pine-made item and a Wild Pine Finds item, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking information as each shipment is fulfilled.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Orders that qualify for a free-shipping promotion will receive the applicable discount at checkout.

Wild Pine Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
