Every item is made to order just for you! Current processing time is 10-14 business days, plus shipping time.

Are your designs embroidered or printed?

It depends on the product!

Can I choose a different garment color?

Absolutely!

Many embroidered designs can be stitched on different garment colors.

If you'd like a color other than what's shown, simply leave your requested garment color in the Order Notes at checkout. If I have any questions, I'll reach out before beginning your order.

Can I change the thread colors?

Yes!

Most embroidery designs can be customized with different thread colors to match your school, team, or personal style.

Please include your requested thread color changes in the Order Notes.

Can I personalize my item?

Why doesn't the embroidery fill the entire sweatshirt like it appears in the photos?

Embroidery machines have maximum hoop sizes.

My largest embroidery hoop allows for designs up to approximately 13 inches wide. Product mockups are intended to show the design and placement. Depending on the garment size you order, the embroidery may appear slightly larger or smaller while keeping the design proportional to the garment.

Do you offer custom embroidery?

Do you accept returns?

Because each item is made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I want you to love your purchase and will always do my best to make it right.
